We received the mooring whips today. They were certainly on time just like you said. Hopefully we will get them installed this weekend. I wanted to compliment you and your business for doing exactly what they said they would do. Recently I have had the misfortune to find and have to deal with companies that knew nothing about customer service. It was refreshing to again deal with a reputable service oriented company.
